We do two things. We build brands we own, and we invest in businesses run by other founders. The same steps apply to both.

    Ideas come from our own work on brands and from founders who pitch us. We start with the product and the people who buy it.

  2. Check the numbers

    Before we commit, we look at demand, costs, margins and who will run the business day to day.

  3. Commit capital and people

    When we go ahead, we put in money and time. Someone from ASCO works with the team from the start.

  4. Grow it

    We work on the parts that decide whether a business grows: product, sourcing, sales and distribution.

What makes a good fit

  • A business in trading, construction, fashion or finance.
  • Real sales already coming in, not only a plan.
